What is this Program?
This comprehensive coaching program aims to equip participants with advanced coaching skills and methodologies necessary for effective client-focused coaching. Through a progressive module structure, participants will deepen their understanding of professional coaching, enhance their ability to address both personal and problem-oriented coaching scenarios, and learn to unlock the full potential of their coachees using innovative techniques. After completing this training program (including passing the performance evaluation), you will be awarded a coaching certificate:-Certified Coach Level 2 (pending ICF Approval); Designed as a pathway to the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialing by the International Coaching Federation, ICF
