ICF LEVEL 1 COACHING CERTIFICATION
What is this Program?
Our ICF Level 1 Coaching Certification is a comprehensive 3 to 4-month coach training programme designed to develop individuals—including leaders, managers, HR professionals, internal coaches, and aspiring professional coaches—into competent and confident certified coaches. Upon successful completion of the programme, participants will earn the Certified Coach – Level 1 certification and fulfil the educational requirements of an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Level 1 programme, providing a pathway towards the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential.
The programme includes a total of 10 hours of Mentor Coaching, comprising 7 hours of Group Mentor Coaching and 3 hours of Individual Mentor Coaching, delivered by experienced ICF credentialed coaches. Throughout the programme, participants will receive written and/or verbal feedback on at least five coaching sessions, enabling them to strengthen their coaching competencies, refine their coaching skills, and prepare for professional coaching practice in accordance with the ICF Core Competencies.
