What is this Program?

A training program (3-4 months) to certify individuals (including employees in an organization) as certified coaches. The training program allows participants to obtain Certified Coach- Level 1 certification. It is designed as a pathway to the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credentialing by International Coaching Federation, ICF. Participants will have 10 Mentor Coaching Hours in total-7 hours of Group Mentor Coaching and 3 hours of individual Mentor Coaching. Written and/or verbal feedback will be given to the students on at least 5 of their coaching sessions during the program.
